Network Service Assistant (NSA) is a hybrid test solution bridging the divide between qualification and certification with Certi-Lite technology. Certi-Lite follows ANSI/TIA 1152-A single-ended testing for many parameters used in bi-directional certification. Single-ended testing does not qualify for cable manufacturer warranty approval, but offers deeper cable testing beyond simple wiremap for those not requiring warranty. IT departments often need to ensure cabling infrastructure meets test standards for applications or moves/adds/changes, historically requiring purchase of two or three different tester types. NSA offers a fraction of typical cost in a single device with wired, wireless, and certification capabilities. Modular design allows easy expansion as needs change or new capabilities like OTDR are added.
