The CX380X is an advanced spectrum analysis and burst QAM monitoring solution designed for proactive network maintenance in DOCSIS 3.0 environments. It helps operators identify upstream impairments early, before they affect subscribers, by monitoring modem behavior and network conditions in real time.
As part of the VeSion® system, the CX380X works as an add-on to CX180R and RealWORX 24×7 monitoring platforms. It analyses upstream modem activity, triggers alarms based on network conditions such as high transmit levels, and performs deeper diagnostic testing to locate faulty or interfering cable modems within the network.
