DASwizard™ is a monitoring solution designed to help maintain high availability across Distributed Antenna System (DAS) networks. Since passive DAS components, such as antennas and coaxial cables, cannot monitor themselves, identifying faults can often be time-consuming and costly. DASwizard provides continuous monitoring to detect performance issues quickly, helping reduce downtime, simplify maintenance, and improve the reliability of DAS infrastructures owned by operators, building owners, or neutral hosts.
The system consists of distributed probes, gateways, and a centralized server. Probes are installed near DAS antennas to continuously monitor RF transmission levels. Gateways collect data and alarms from multiple probes and forward them to the server, where users can manage monitoring, configure settings, and review performance insights. The solution helps eliminate extensive walk tests while enabling faster fault identification and repair.
